DEPOSITS

Arte Skin requires a deposit to secure bookings for all appointments. For general consultations and minor treatments, a 50% deposit is necessary to confirm your booking. This deposit is redeemable against the cost of treatments but not for product purchases.

For significant procedures such as cosmetic surgeries or advanced dermatological treatments, a deposit amount will be specifically communicated to you during the financial consultation. This deposit confirms your commitment and secures your appointment.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. In the event of a no-show or late arrival that prevents treatment, the deposit will be treated as a cancellation fee. A new deposit will be required to reschedule any appointment.

INFORMED CONSENT FOR PROCEDURES

Before any procedure, our healthcare providers will discuss with you the potential risks, benefits, and alternatives. Informed consent is obtained to ensure you fully understand the treatment and its implications. By signing the Procedure Consent Form, you acknowledge the inherent risks and agree that Arte Skin is not liable for unforeseen complications.

FINANCIAL CONSENT

Prior to any major procedure, you will be provided with an estimate of the expected costs. This informed financial consent includes details about fees that are not covered by Medicare or private health insurance and will require out-of-pocket expenses.

PHOTOGRAPHIC CONSENT

Clinical photographs or recordings are essential for your treatment and become part of your medical record. These images are held in strict confidence and used only for your care, unless you give separate consent for other uses, such as educational purposes or promotional activities.

USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Your personal information is used strictly for healthcare provision and will only be disclosed for purposes directly related to your care or as required by law. Arte Skin adheres to strict confidentiality protocols in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other applicable laws.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

While Arte Skin strives to provide the best possible outcomes, individual results may vary due to physiological differences and personal responses to treatment. You acknowledge that all medical procedures carry inherent risks and that outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

FEES AND PAYMENT

Details of our fee structure for services are transparent and available upon request. These fees are subject to change. Not all treatments are covered by Medicare; however, some procedures may be eligible for a rebate, which will be discussed during your consultation. strict confidence and used only for your care, unless you give separate consent for other uses, such as educational purposes or promotional activities.

COOLING-OFF PERIOD

A seven-day cooling-off period is provided for major procedures, allowing you time to reconsider your decision. If you choose to cancel within this period, please inform us in writing.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are generally not provided except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Deposits are forfeited if you cancel outside the cooling-off period or decide not to proceed with the treatment. If you are unsatisfied with your treatments, please inform us as soon as possible as we strive to address your concerns in a timely manner. We may not be able to assist if there are delays in notifying us of any side effects, complications, or dissatisfaction with results outside our control. For this reason, we always offer a follow-up appointment, which we encourage you to attend. If you fail to attend your follow-up appointment, act against medical advice, or reach out after an extended period, we will not be able to refund your treatments.

All official communications should be directed to our email at admin@arteskincosmetic.com. We encourage contacting us directly for urgent issues or if immediate medical attention is needed, please visit the nearest emergency department.

RIGHT TO DECLINE SERVICES

Arte Skin maintains the right to decline treatment to any individual if deemed clinically necessary. Alternative referrals will be provided in such instances.
